Hacha and winrar are differents applications so you can't unsplit a clip splitted with hacha using winrar nor vice versa. Besides if you got hacha in any download you don't need to get it again, you have it already.
Taking a idea from another member, i've created an step-by-step graphic manual for to learn to use hacha, only follow each image attached in its own order (from 1st Image, until 6th Image).

I copied the visual tutorial from the Hacha FAQ thread and isolated it here, because it is hard to find among the many pages of the original thread. The above diagrams apply to older versions of Hacha, but Version 3.4 is now in English.
Instructions: Download all of the zipped files for the video. Unzip all of them, place them all in the same folder, and do not rename any of the files.
For the first use of Hacha, unzip the Hacha zipped file and place the .exe on your desktop or other convenient place. For Version 3.4 and higher, click "Join" and then browse to in the folder which contains the file parts (.0, .1, etc.) you wish to join. Select the file ending in .0, then click "Join Parts."
After the first use of Hacha, the .0 file type will be associated with Hacha thereafter, and you will only need to unzip the split files. If they are all in the same folder with Hacha.exe, you can double-click the .0 file (with the Hacha icon) to automatically join them.
Note: latest version of Hacha (3.5) attached.

HJSplit Joining Utility
HJSplit is a different application than Hacha. To use it, please save all parts of the clip to one folder, then unzip them in the same folder; do not rename any files. Unzip the HJSplit file, then double-click HJSplit.exe, click "Join," then "Input File," then browse to the folder with the file parts. (It may be easiest if you put them all in the same folder as HJSplit.) Select the one ending with .001 and click "Open." The file will be joined automatically. (The latest version of HJSplit is attached to this post.)
WinRAR Archives
To open WinRAR archives, you need an unzip utility such as WinRAR (shareware, www.rarlabs.com) or TugZip (free, www.tugzip.com). To use, place all the .rar files in the same folder and open only the first one; the entire clip should be joined automatically if it was split with WinRAR. Otherwise, unzip each part to the same folder and use the appropriate joining utility.
